Smart lighting
A hallway light can welcome you, while a leaving scene turns off agreed lighting groups. Upgrading compatible wall switches brings manual control and automation together without replacing everything you already own.
- Motion in the hallway
- Sensor + Zigbee bridge
- Light at 30%
A schematic example. Equipment and behaviour depend on compatibility checks and the agreed scope.
What changes day to day
Light when you pass through
A motion sensor triggers an agreed action. In our example, the hallway lights up at 30% for 2 minutes, at any time of day.
One scene for several lights
A scene can link agreed lighting groups instead of making you visit every switch. The ordinary wall switch remains usable where the electrical setup supports it.
Upgrade the existing space
A module can fit behind a wall switch if the box and wiring are suitable. Any larger work is identified before equipment is purchased.
What we check before installation
Switch type, wiring, available space in the box and electrical compatibility of the module.
The light source and its dimming support if brightness control is required.
Pairing between controller, sensor and dimmer, and support for the intended automation.
Sensor placement and signal reliability in the hallway and other selected rooms.
What to prepare for a survey
Photos of switches and lights, bulb or LED driver models if known, and the rooms you want to automate. You do not need to open switches or buy equipment beforehand.
Automation example
Hallway lighting on motion
The light welcomes you at any time of day; your wall switch remains usable where the installation permits.
Questions about this service
Do I need to replace every bulb?
Not necessarily. An existing light can be switched through a suitable module. Dimming requires a compatible light source and dimmer; we check them together.
Will the existing wall switch still work?
Keeping the wall switch is part of the assessment. Where wiring and the selected module allow it, the light can be controlled both manually and through the system.
Does the sensor only work at night?
No. Motion turns on the light at any time of day in the published hallway example. Different conditions and brightness levels are agreed for the actual space.

We visit, check the installation and propose only what makes sense.
The survey costs €30–50 and is deducted from the price if you accept the proposal.
