Devices work together
Agreed scenes can connect several compatible devices. A phone dashboard shows their status and provides controls without visiting every separate app.
Local where the integration allows
Local automations such as motion lights and buttons can keep working without internet. Remote access, phone notifications and cloud integrations require the appropriate connection.
Your accounts and documentation
Accounts are in your name. The agreed scope includes training, documentation and backups, while you grant access for support.

Controller placement, the local network and a compatible Zigbee coordinator or bridge.
Which functions depend on internet access, manufacturer accounts or extra permissions.

What to prepare for a survey
A list of exact device models, the apps you use and a few everyday tasks you want to connect. Passwords are not needed for the initial description; access and accounts are agreed during setup.

Questions about this service
Does everything work without internet?
Not everything. Verified local automations can work, but remote access, phone notifications and cloud integrations depend on internet access and the availability of those services.
Do I need a wall tablet?
No. The dashboard can be used on a phone. A wall tablet is part of Signature or a separately agreed extension.
Is Home Assistant included in every package?
No. Starter uses SONOFF / eWeLink. Home Assistant is the foundation from Comfort onwards; see the package comparison for the exact scope.
